Purpose of the Job 岗位设置的目的 

Responsible for BAMT electrical maintenance works for production / auxiliary / infrastructure equipments according company requirements, control equipment down time & maintenance cost caused by electrical problem, responsible for maintenance of BAMT infrastructure equipments  
主要负责BAMT的生产设备、辅助设备、基础设施设备的电气维护维修，控制设备电气停机时间， 控制维修成本。
并负责工厂内的基础设施设备维护

Your Role
1.    根据维修工程师的要求，实施公司生产设备，辅助设备，基础设施的电气故障维修工作；
2.    做好生产设备，辅助设备，基础设施的电气维护保养、日常巡检等工作；
3.    自觉遵守设备电气维修的安全操作规程，采取预防性措施来防止安全事故的发生；
4.    熟悉和掌握设备电气维修操作规程，加强自我管理，提高电气维修操作技能；
5.    做好与生产班操作工的协作和配合，及时沟通和解决生产和辅助设备的电气故障和隐患；
6.    积极思考，善于对生产过程中存在的设备等问题提出建议，协助完善和改进生产和辅助设备的运行质量；
7.    按照要求认真做好维修记录及其他检查表、登记表等；
8.    善于与周围同事交流和沟通，具有良好的团队合作精神。

Your Profile

1、年龄40岁及以下；中专学历及以上， 电气相关专业，
2、有志于从事电气维修工作，有一定工厂电气维修经验和电工证的人员优先；
3、正直、诚信，做事积极主动；
4、有良好的合作意识，有较好的交流和表达能力，愿意与他人沟通；
5、有较强的学习意识和能力，愿意学习设备维修操作工作； 
6、身体健康，无心脏病、危盲症等妨碍电气安全作业的病症。
